Leah Marie was super welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. She was really attentive to listening to what my needs were and what my hair is like and I really appreciated her time and interest - nothing felt rushed. She talked through everything with me and always checked that I was happy with what she was doing. I am really happy with how she has cut my hair and when styling it, she explained what and how she was doing it to help me create the same style myself at home.
